Hi, I'm Liz.
Choosing to begin therapy is a courageous step, and I’m glad you’re here. My goal as a therapist is to help you build the inner strength, clarity, and resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress, struggling with relationship or work difficulties, healing from trauma, or exploring sobriety and recovery, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can gain insight, develop practical skills, and create meaningful change.
I provide individual and group therapy for adults of all ages and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, anger, and stress management. I am trained in EMDR therapy and am IFS-informed, allowing me to help clients process trauma, understand their internal patterns, and cultivate greater self-compassion. My therapeutic approach also draws from DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and traditional psychotherapy.
I believe therapy should be flexible, collaborative, and tailored to each person. Together, we will create a treatment plan aligned with your goals and at a pace that feels right for you. When you work with me, you can expect compassion, curiosity, and a strong commitment to supporting your growth. If you’re struggling, know that support is available—and you are absolutely worth the effort it takes to heal. Reach out when you’re ready; I’m here to help.
