Confidentiality

Confidentiality is a key part of therapy. What you share in counseling stays private, creating a safe space for you to be open and honest. Your therapist will only break confidentiality in rare situations required by law, such as if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. This ensures that you can explore your thoughts and feelings with trust, knowing your privacy is respected.
