Trauma can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsafe long after a difficult experience. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a type of therapy that helps your brain process these memories so they feel less intense and upsetting. In a safe and supportive space, we’ll work together to gently reprocess these experiences, helping you feel more grounded, resilient, and able to move forward at your own pace.
Art therapy is a form of therapy that uses creative expression—like drawing, painting, or other art-making—to explore feelings, thoughts, and experiences. It’s not about making “good” art; it’s about using creativity as a tool to understand yourself, process emotions, and discover meaning in your experiences. Through art, you can reflect on your story, gain new insights, and find ways to heal and grow in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
Counseling can be one-on-one or in a small group, depending on what feels right for you. In individual sessions, you have a private space to explore your thoughts, process emotions, and work toward your personal goals at your own pace. In group sessions, you can connect with others, share experiences, and learn from different perspectives in a supportive and guided environment. Both approaches provide a safe, compassionate space to grow, heal, and build resilience.
A therapy intensive is an extended, focused period of therapy designed to provide deeper support and faster progress than typical weekly sessions. During an intensive, you work closely with a therapist—often over several hours or multiple sessions in a short time—to process difficult experiences, address complex challenges, and develop practical tools for growth and healing. Intensives can be individual or combined with other therapeutic approaches, like EMDR or art therapy, to help you make meaningful change in a supportive, concentrated environment.
Telehealth therapy lets you meet with a therapist securely online from the comfort of your own space. It provides the same support, guidance, and connection as in-person sessions, but with the convenience of joining from home or wherever you feel safe. Telehealth makes therapy more accessible, flexible, and easy to fit into your schedule while maintaining a confidential and supportive environment for your growth and healing.
Wellness groups are supportive gatherings designed to help you build healthy habits, manage stress, and enhance overall well-being. Led by a trained facilitator, these groups provide a safe space to learn new skills, share experiences, and connect with others on similar wellness journeys. Whether focused on mindfulness, self-care, coping strategies, or personal growth, wellness groups offer encouragement, accountability, and community as you work toward feeling your best.
