Hi, I'm Avery.
As an art therapist and clinical counselor, I practice from a strengths-based, Relational-Cultural perspective, using creativity and connection to support healing. With over a decade of experience, I offer a supportive and affirming space where you can find meaning in your experiences, develop the tools to navigate life's stressors, and foster lasting growth.

I provide individual and group therapy for adults 18 and up. I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction and trauma. My therapeutic approach draws from trauma-informed care, the creative process and active art making. While I believe art to be intrinsically therapeutic and a valuable aide to healing, I recognize that it is out of the comfort zone for many people. I am comfortable engaging in traditional talk based therapy for clients who feel most comfortable with this approach. I view therapy as a flexible, collaborative process shaped around each individual's unique needs.

We will work together to develop an approach that reflects your goals and moves at a pace that feels comfortable for you. In our work, you can expect a compassionate, curious, and supportive space focused on your growth. If you’re going through a difficult time, you don’t have to face it alone—support is here, and you deserve care and healing.
